A Book without a Cover

Words & Photographs: Charles Harry
Naked: Inside & Out

To ignore the sensuality of photographing people naked would just be ignorant. In our society today, we shrug off our desires and remain shy about the whole thing. And so it becomes sexualised for the wrong reasons. By ignoring the raw beauty of a naked body, we open it up to only be appreciated in a sexual manner.

“When I direct my naked subjects, I don’t objectify them”

“I don’t abuse them with my eyes”
“I’m not looking at a naked body, I’m looking
at the human form, in all its glory… In all its beauty”
