  1. GOLDO: Youngbloodz Mix (Assembly Radio)
GOLDO is Cape Town’s Mickael Michaelides and Daniel Lidchi (Leechi). The two are well known around the Mother City for their killer mixes, blending disco, hip- hop, indie and electronica. Since hearing them drop this at Assembly a while back, this mix has been a personal favourite. Play it from start to finish. You won’t be disappointed.

This one, featuring a mix of UK and SA artists was made for OkayAfrica’s Africa in your Earbuds series and features artists such as Richard the Third, DJ Zinhle and Felix Laband.

  1. Bear Girls: May 2012 Mashup
Two best friends with a love for Reggae, Dubstep and Drum n Bass, Bear Girls are Poison City’s first female DJ duo. Although this is their only mix so far, it’s 28 minutes of all out, bass-heavy beats. If you’re a fan of Drum n Bass, this set will definitely get you on your feet.
